What we collect

When you submit a quote request we collect your name, email address, phone number, origin and destination locations, preferred move date, and home size. We also record the page you submitted from and the consent wording displayed to you.

How we use it

We use your details to obtain moving quotes on your behalf. We share them with up to five moving companies matched to your route and move size. Those companies become independent controllers of your data and contact you directly.

Your consent

The wording you agree to at submission is recorded verbatim, together with its version and a timestamp. The current version is 2026-08-03.v1:

I agree that MoverQuoteEngine may share my details with participating moving companies, and that those companies may contact me by phone, text message, and email about my move, including by automated dialling or pre-recorded message. Consent is not a condition of purchase and I can withdraw it at any time.

Withdrawing consent

You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us. Withdrawal stops further sharing but does not affect companies that already received your details — you should contact them directly to be removed from their records.

Cost, distance, and demand figures shown on our route pages are estimates produced by internal models. Our methodology page explains how each figure is produced and its limitations.
