Complaints about this site or a lead we sent

Email or write via the contact page. Include the date you submitted, the email address you used, and what went wrong (too many calls, wrong destination, you did not submit the form, and so on). We aim to acknowledge within five working days.

If you want us to stop sharing your details further, say so clearly. We can stop new shares. We cannot delete a copy already held by a moving company — you must ask that company as well.

Complaints about a move or a mover

We are not a party to your contract with a moving company. Licensing and ombudsman routes (for example FMCSA in the US, or BAR / the relevant ombudsman in the UK) are the right forum for service failures, damage, or billing disputes. We will not publish an unverified complaint as a star rating.
