Cookie Policy
This policy explains which cookies and similar technologies we use, what they do, and how you can accept or reject them.

What we store
Essential storage: we use your browser's localStorage key mqe-consent to remember whether you accepted or rejected non-essential cookies. That record is not a third-party cookie.
Non-essential: Google Analytics 4 (gtag.js) is only loaded after you accept. Until you accept — or if you reject — those scripts are not injected. Quote-form analytics events are also suppressed unless consent is granted.
Consent Mode v2
When analytics scripts do load, they run with Google Consent Mode v2 signals (ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization, analytics_storage). Defaults are denied until you accept. Rejecting keeps those signals denied and keeps the scripts unloaded.
The banner offers Accept and Reject with equal prominence. Returning visitors who already chose are not shown the banner again until they clear site data.
Quote form vs cookies
Submitting a quote request is separate from cookie consent. The quote form has its own checkbox. That consent is stored in our database (consent text, version, timestamp) and is what authorises sharing your details with participating moving companies.
This page is a working operational draft for solicitor review. It is not a legal opinion.
