Accessibility Statement
We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA on the quote form and primary templates. This is a working baseline, not a certified audit.

What is in place
Known gaps we are tracking: the cookie banner should remain operable with keyboard (it is); contrast on muted helper text should be re-checked in a full audit; some directory tables may be dense on small screens.
- Skip link to the quote form on every page
- Visible labels on quote-form fields, including the consent checkbox
- Minimum 44px tap targets on primary buttons
- Keyboard-reachable form controls
- Language declared as English (lang=en) on the root layout
Report a barrier
If a page or the quote form is difficult to use, contact us via the contact page and describe the page URL, the assistive technology you use, and what went wrong. We will not ask you to re-submit personal move details in that message unless you choose to.
This page is a working operational draft for solicitor review. It is not a legal opinion.
