Known gaps we are tracking: the cookie banner should remain operable with keyboard (it is); contrast on muted helper text should be re-checked in a full audit; some directory tables may be dense on small screens.

• Skip link to the quote form on every page
• Visible labels on quote-form fields, including the consent checkbox
• Minimum 44px tap targets on primary buttons
• Keyboard-reachable form controls
• Language declared as English (lang=en) on the root layout
