Lead Quality Policy
This policy describes the checks we apply to inbound quote requests. It is written for consumers and for companies that buy leads.

What we collect
A valid request includes a name, working email, phone number, origin, destination, preferred move date (not in the past), and home size. We store the consent wording shown at submit, its version, and a timestamp.
What we filter
Passing these checks does not mean the move will happen or that the phone number is TCPA-clean. We do not currently run a third-party phone-consent registry check. Companies that buy leads remain responsible for their own outbound-calling compliance.
- Missing or invalid email or phone
- Consent checkbox not ticked
- Honeypot / automated submissions
- Disposable email domains we currently list
- Rate-limited repeat posts from the same network address
What we do not claim
We do not guarantee exclusive leads, a fixed number of movers per request, or that every request will be accepted by a buyer. We do not fabricate quotes or inflate home sizes.
